How am I doing?
Your Macedon Ranges is researched, written, and edited by me alone. Compiling it takes me 10+ hours each week. I love doing it, and the response has been incredible. I’m very grateful for your kind words.

WINTER FOG
Professional photographer Tiffany Warner shares a tip for capturing moody winter scenes.
📍 Cameron Drive, Mount Macedon
It’s a great time of year to capture moody scenes. Travel to a high spot, such as the top of Mt Macedon, on a dreary, drizzling morning and you might find yourself surrounded by clouds or fog.
To show the thickness of fog, follow a line that leads into it, such as a road or a path, and make that the central part of your image. This will make the viewer feel like they are looking into an arch or tunnel as the path fades from sight.
💡 Tip: Follow a road or path to show the thickness and depth of clouds or fog.
Happy snapping!
Tiffany
📷 In addition to portrait and commercial work, Tiffany Warner runs short courses on smartphone photography for social media. See more of her images on Instagram.
