Welcome to Your Macedon Ranges for Monday, May 15, to Sunday, May 21.
🎶 A street festival will be among the community events in this year’s Woodend Winter Arts Festival. There will be food trucks and musicians, shops will stay open into the evening, and artwork by local artist Mary Larnach-Jones will be beamed onto High St buildings and the clock tower. The street festival on Saturday, June 10, will culminate in a big sing at the clock tower at 8.40pm.
🏃 Ready for a new fitness challenge? Gisborne’s parkrun got under way yesterday with 164 people tackling the 5km course at Dixon Field. It’s the third parkrun in the Macedon Ranges, the others being at Woodend and Lancefield, which coincidentally celebrated its fifth anniversary this weekend.
